Swinging Into Spring

Dear Mother Nature,
I would really like it to be warm outside so when I swing I don't have to wear 14 layers of clothing and silly hats.  But if it must be cold, then I will be happy with just sun.  Oh, and my mom is done wearing scarves with her hoodie and fleece jacket.  She prefers t-shirts and flip flops.
